Hey all, the youth group and college/career have created a Twitter account.

You must create an account to follow. So if you want text updates, sign up!
ALSO make sure you set up your “mobile phone” by going to settings and click on DEVICES.
If you don’t do that, you won’t get any text updates! :]
STEP BY STEP GUIDE OF USING TWITTER
Wondering why you’re not getting the updates? Don’t understand this website? Well here’s a step-by-step guide of how to use Twitter and how to follow the LIGHTS and Delta updates. :]
STEP ONE: SIGN UP
I know it’s a pain to sign up for things, but this honestly only takes like 10 seconds.
STEP TWO: SEARCHING AND FOLLOWING
In the top right corner, there’s a menu bar. Click on “Find People” and type in ‘lynnwoodlights’ to search for the youth group twitter or ‘delta09′ for the college and career twitter.
Once you’ve found the username, click on FOLLOW. For the lynnwoodlights Twitter, i made it private so I would have to accept you before you can get updates, but there are more steps to that besides me accepting you. So hold on! (IDK if delta’s private)
STEP THREE: SETTING UP YOUR PHONE
Again, on the menu bar click on “Settings”, then click on “Devices” on the sub-menu.
Enter in your phone number, YOU MUST ADD THE ‘+1′ BEFORE YOUR NUMBER. Also, make sure you check the checkbox for Twitter to send you text updates. Click ‘Save’ and text to 40404 with the code they provided you to verify your account.
STEP FOUR: GET DEVICE UPDATES
Last and final step, on your home page in the right corner, click on “x following” to see the people your following. Then next to lynnwoodlights/delta09, make sure the device update is ‘On’.
That should be it! :] Once everyone has got that down, I’ll send out another text to make sure it works.
